Swapped the bathroom and laundry room locations in this one. Took out a wall, moved another, cut out a window, and installed a beam to open up the new layout. Built a walk-in shower with marble-look tile surround and rain showerhead, new toilet, pedestal sink with matte black fixtures. The laundry room got a quartz countertop, new sink and faucet, and cabinetry. New drywall, doors, and paint throughout.
